SPI DPE crash
SPI back to nominal science mode at 16:59z. At 17:36z the OEM appeared again and at 21:31z the DPE
crashed again.
b) 2018-10-29T02:22: Pointing 30 interrupted.
c) 2018-10-29T03:54: Pointing 32 interrupted.
