2016-10-18 00:58:54 (AUTO): Possible GRB. Background variability >80% indicates possible
background origin. Multi-detector localization position is consistent with a point source
from ~60% of the sky. ISGRI rate partially saturated and indicates soft spectrum, consistent
with solar origin.
