 1. Planning summary
 ===================

 1.1 General remarks

 a) 2013-10-31T02:11: IMU went on, pointings 24 to 29 missed.

 b) 2013-10-31T02:50: SPI DPE-IASW failure.Sequence:
    All PSD Channel Rates had the value 0 resulting in H/L OOLs on these parameters.
    These are the PSD channel rates for the Ge detectors. The PSD channel rates did not recover of their own.
    The recovery was performed as follows:
    04:21:46 Sent sequence EEORTM01 to report and update PSD parameters. Values still zero.
    04:29:09 SPI was commanded to CONF mode and then returned to Photon mode at 04:30:02Z. Values still zero.
    04:36:51 Afterwards a PSD reset was performed, which returned the PSD Channel Rates to nominal.
    All SPI OOLs disappeared after the execution of the TCs that are also contained in EEORTM01.
    05:08:58 SPI transition to Photon mode. SPI operations continued nominally.

 1.2 Pointings summary

   Remarks: Only Science Windows (ScWs) of type 'pointing' are considered.
 - Exposures info from POD version 3. Pointings info from TSF version 3.
 - Durations in exec/planned format; data gaps and bad time intervals not excluded from total time.
 - Deviations: only unexpected deviations >30 secs for pointings assigned to an exposure reported;
   expected deviations (first & last pointings of an exposure longer than planned) not reported.
