 b) 2011-02-14T11:28: JEM-X 2 reactivation delayed after perigee exit, DFEE
    was in a "wait mode". DFEE power-cycled to reactivate JEM-X 2.
    Therefore, no JEM-X 2 science until pointing 8 included (14T15:13).
