Lightcurve extraction at LCR level

The lightcurves of sources found at the IMA step are created at the LCR level of the jemx_science_analysis script. LCR step should be used for the cases where time bins shorter than the duration of one ScW are necessary. Starting from OSA11, the LCR step is performed by default by j_ima_iros, while in previous versions, a separate program was used. The new method is based on the IROS deconvolving technique and, therefore, it includes state-of-the-art calibrations. However there are still variations in the derived Crab fluxes. The most extreme of these are due by the large dispersion in the INTEGRAL pointing direction driven observational constraints of the gamma-ray instruments. At lower off-axis, the systematic uncertainty in the JEM-X flux data remains at 15%. This is caused by the JEM-X design combining a coded mask with a collimated instrument.
