Description: On DOY113 at 22:05z the following OEM/OOL were received:
* OEM: IBIS1 IASW TIME-OUT TRANSMITTING LSL DATA (MO ANSWER FROM CSSW). Multiple occurences.
* OOL P2109 "LCL STA VEB A" SSC FAIL Value= OPEN
The signature was indicative of an SEU on the LCL powering VETO. The following was done as per X-ref:
