1.1 General remarks
a) 2016-11-15T07:03: Pointing 13 lost.
b) Bad Time correlations during Weilheim GS pass.
Quote MOC: "This morning we had the first pass from Weilheim under the new contract to
provide B/U Support as the ESA 15m stations are disposed of, the results weren't too
impressive. Shortly after the start of the pass the antenna stopped tracking causing
the loss of 2 slews. The TM time stamping was very noisy and only sufficient for a TCO
accuracy of 1000us, requirement on the system is 50us, with an ESA station we achieve
better than 20. Close to APOGEE there were numerous TM drops."
