1. Planning summary
===================
1.1 General remarks
a) 2016-01-17T08:34: PICsIT reset, followed by HEPI resynchronized.
b) 2016-01-17T23:46: Pointings 65 to 71 missed. Due to a bright object near the guide star, the
attitude could not be reached for these pointings.
c) 2016-01-18T07:53: Pointings 81, 82 and 83 missed, due to the same reasons as above.
d) Bad telemetry at the end of the revolution, connection's cut-offs.
