1. Planning summary
===================
1.1 General remarks
a) 2015-08-18T01:33: Spacecraft anomaly, PRU anomalous switch-on by SEU. AOCS disabled in the timeline.
A manual slew and update from PID #1577005 to #1577009 was performed by the SPACON to re-join
the timeline and the AOCS was then re-enabled in the timeline at 03:50z.
This event resulted in the loss of 5 science pointings, since it interrupted PID #1577005 and
the re-join occurred during the time PID #1577009 should have been executing.

2015-08-19T10:33:19 (AUTO): GRB 150819B, also detected by Konus-Wind (Golenetskii et al. 2015,
GCN 18176) and Fermi/GBM (Yu & Burns 2015, GCN 18178). Two bright, short peaks visible in
SPI-ACS lightcurve. The brighter one at T0 with a duration of ~0.1s, and the second one at
T0+0.7s with a duration of ~0.2s.
