 1. Planning summary
 ===================

 1.1 General remarks

 a) 2013-10-22T01:42: Mapping of pointing 25 removed from AHF by FD.
    The star tracker locked on to an extented object.

 b) 2013-10-22T04:04: PICsIT spurious reset followed by a HEPI resync.

 c) 2013-10-22T07:30: H/W maintenance to replace a machine on the ops network. Telemetry was affected by
    short regular gaps during that time. Until 12:36. Affected pointings: 35 to 44.

 d) Pointing 71 missed, only 7 minutes duration.

 e) 2013-10-23T13:12: H/W maintenance to fix an issue on the operations network. All processes stopped,
    until 14:48. Pointings 87 and 88 lost, 86 shorter, only 13 minutes.

 1.2 Pointings summary

   Remarks: Only Science Windows (ScWs) of type 'pointing' are considered.
 - Exposures info from POD version 3. Pointings info from TSF version 4.
 - Durations in exec/planned format; data gaps and bad time intervals not excluded from total time.
 - Deviations: only unexpected deviations >30 secs for pointings assigned to an exposure reported;
   expected deviations (first & last pointings of an exposure longer than planned) not reported.
