1. Planning summary

1.1 General remarks
a) 2013-08-31T22:13:55: pointings 14 missed, 15 lost, and 16 only 10 minutes, due to TM/TC drops.
b) 2013-09-02T02:10: Pointing 48 missed, only 37 seconds.
c) 2013-09-02T16:24: SPI SEU on the PPDU Group Switch 3A1 causing SPI DPE, ACS and TM/TC line LCLs to open.
The on-call service was contacted and the instrument commanded safe, following this a failure analysis
was carried out and then the recovery back to nominal operations was commenced.
2013-09-03T03:30: SPI back to Photon mode.
