a) JEM-X 1 and 2 on. SPI annealing
b) 2011-05-09T0 : Power outage at ISDC, all processes killed except rttmd.
Pointings 29 to 31 affected.
c) 2011-05-10T12:30: IBIS VETO anomaly on one voltage. Instrument switched
to maintenance mode. IBIS back to science mode at 13:24z. During
pointings 60 and 61.
d) 2011-05-11T01:59: Perigee entry affected by a TM gap after isdc
application rttmd stopped. Link disconnection with MOC. Link reconnected
at 02:54z.
